Financial Analyst





• Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including formulating & building models, prior data mining and market research.
• Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
• Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
• Strong financial modeling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.


• Analyzes financial data by collecting, monitoring, develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis for decision support referring to Company projects during project inception and development.
• Assists in developing financial analysis and sensitivity analysis necessary in evaluating alternative financial structuring schemes pertinent to Company projects.
• Identifies and improves project financial status or make comparative analysis by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; and recommending actions to Management.
• Assists in planning and organizing the conduct of periodic appraisal and scanning of the business and economic environment; evaluates and interpolates the evidence and data gathered; formulates alternative business and economic future scenarios.
• Assist in directing and coordinating activities related to the evaluation of comprehensive business project proposals that may be referred by Management and the Board relative to an investment, acquisition or management takeover by the Company.
• Assists in market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation compositions.
• Provides financial productivity tools by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Assists to other works as may be required by the Board and the Management.


Community Relations Officer



• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relation, Communication Arts, Mass Communications, Social Science Management and related field;
• With a least 5 years of professional experience specializing in community relations and community development in a supervisory level;
• Knowledgeable in Legal and Statutory Laws, Local Government Codes, and Resolutions of the community/barangay (e.g. Renewable Energy Laws)
• Ability to develop cross-functional and healthy working relationships with the renewable energy stakeholders to attain goals; establishes partnership and maintains rapport with them;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; resourceful and with high initiative;
• Possesses impressive public speaking, presentation skills, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills;
• Effective coordination and management skills;
• Able to work independently and collaborate with the team;
• Must be keen to details, highly motivated, and assertive;
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Tagalog
• Willing to be assigned in the field outside Metro Manila

• Creates and strengthens effective linkages and good relationship with stakeholders, specifically neighboring communities, barangays, city, provincial and regional government units;
• Develops and maintains healthy relationships with key stakeholders (LGU Officials and NGOs);
• Proposes and assists in the implementation of policies and community activities, and promote the Company’s advocacy programs for the benefit of the community; acts as the liaison officer and program facilitator of the Company to the community groups and other organizations;
• Participates in the development of strategies and approaches to deal with disputes involving resources companies and local communities;
• Coordinates with third-party institutions and community members in the implementation of the Company programs;
• Provides the Company with scheduled-based reports on sustainable development and on relevant social, economic, health, heritage or environmental issues that may require intervention and maybe in decision making and in future recommendations to the management;
• Monitors emerging issues, local laws and ordinances that may impact on CSR work in the community and on company public relations.

Position Title : Internal Auditor

Reports to : Vice-President-Treasurer

Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Vice-President-Treasurer, conceptualizes framework of audit plans and programs, formulates audit procedures, conduct audit works, assists in the institutionalization/installation of audit controls.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Implement approved internal audit plan and program.
2. Reviews current audit procedures and evaluates various philosophies involved in the conduct of audit.
3. Coordinates with concerned officers in developing standards in all of the functional areas being served.
4. Evaluates audit findings and corresponding recommendations submitted by staff, determine its viability and approves the report thereon.
5. Discusses with concerned officers the audit findings and helps ensure correction of problems.
6. Provides general framework of control procedures that will assist line managers in rectifying flaws in current procedures.
7. Ensures confidentiality of audit findings, classified information and related documents.
8. Coordinates with all functional areas in the conceptualization of audit framework in their respective fields of specialization and provides assistance if necessary.
9. Makes sure that company-wide policies and procedures are implemented consistently and uniformly.
10. Performs other functions which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Education and/or Experience:
Must be a graduate of business administration major in accounting
Must be a Certified Public Accountant preferably with MBA studies
Must have a 3 to 5 years working experience in internal and external audit work.
